Refund Policy
1.1 Refunds and Cancellations
All payments for Relentio services or access to the Relentio platform are processed in USD and are non-refundable. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time; however, all previous payments are final and will not be refunded or prorated. This policy also applies to annual subscriptions, which are non-refundable and non-prorated.
If you choose to cancel your Relentio membership, you will immediately lose access to all data within the app.relentio.com platform. This includes, but is not limited to: Relentio funnel designs, Relentio support calls, and related assets. In addition, you will be removed from the Relentio Facebook Group.
Refunds will not be issued outside of these terms under any circumstances.

1.2 Subscription Terms and Automatic Payment
As a Relentio subscriber, you are responsible for all subscription fees associated with your chosen monthly or annual plan, in accordance with these terms. Each billing cycle—monthly or yearly—your account will be charged the applicable subscription fee plus any taxes, along with any additional accrued charges from the previous period (collectively referred to as “Fees”).
Failure to utilize any part of the Relentio platform or its services does not exempt you from your payment obligations.
Relentio accepts payment via credit or debit card. Your payment information is securely processed using our encrypted payment system. We may store transaction details such as the last four digits and expiration date of the card used, along with due dates for recurring payments.
By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to recurring charges in accordance with your plan's billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless and until the subscription is canceled as outlined in these terms.
1.3 Free Trial
Relentio does not currently offer a free trial.
1.4 Failed Monthly or Annual Payments
If your payment fails and your account becomes delinquent, please note that your account—and any associated funnels—may be permanently deleted 7 days after the failed payment.
1.5 Access to the Relentio Ecosystem: Digital Assets, Funnel Builds, Automations, and Training Materials
As a Relentio member, you gain exclusive access to app.relentio.com, which includes a suite of proprietary resources: digital assets, training materials, CRM pipelines, and data tracking tools for funnels and automations.
This includes but is not limited to: Relentio funnel templates, emails, automations, and support calls—all provided at no additional cost. All Relentio Funnel Designs and associated materials are protected by copyright and trademark laws and are the intellectual property of Relentio.
These materials are strictly for use within the Relentio ecosystem by active members only. They may not be transferred to any external funnel builders or shared with others outside of Relentio. Use of training content outside of the Relentio platform or distribution without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
Upon cancellation of your membership, all access to the Relentio ecosystem, including funnels, calls, and community groups, will be revoked.
